At Rift Innovation Studio, our mission is to complement med-tech inventors and early-stage startups with our breadth of experience to achieve critical de-risking milestones toward commercializing their technology.

Rift in-licenses medical technologies from leading academic investigators. Rift crafts and executes a custom de-risking plan based on our collective experience and input from industry experts, clinicians, and investors. We form a NewCo, recruit a management team and investors to fund continued development.
Early-stage med-tech Startup?
We work early-stage med-tech startups using a shared success model where we craft and execute development program based on input from future investors to achieve critical milestones.
